Victor Martinez ejected, then throws helmet from dugout (Yahoo Sports)

Victor Martinez threw his helmet onto the field from the dugout after being ejected from a game Saturday night. The Tigers designated hitter took strike one in the third inning from Angels left-hander Brett Oberholtzer, then turned to discuss the call with plate umpire Mike Everitt. Martinez eventually became more animated, and manager Brad Ausmus and teammate J.D. Martinez had to help him off the field.
