Former New England Patriots star Aaron Hernandez is due in court for a hearing in the double murder case against him. Hernandez already is serving a life sentence after he was convicted of killing semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd in 2013. Hernandez is accused of following the men and opening fire on their car after one of them accidentally spilled a drink on him inside the club.
