Diamondbacks put Peralta back to DL, release Collmenter (Yahoo Sports)

The Arizona Diamondbacks placed outfielder David Peralta on the 15-day disabled list Sunday with right wrist inflammation, and released right-hander Josh Collmenter. Peralta has played only 48 games with the Diamondbacks this season and has also been on the disabled list for a lower back strain. Outfielder Socrates Brito, sent to Triple-A Reno on Friday night after being reinstated from the disabled list, was recalled.
