Blue Jays activate OF Pillar, option RHP Tepera (Yahoo Sports)
TORONTO (AP) -- Blue Jays outfielder Kevin Pillar has been activated off the 15-day disabled list and is starting in center field against the Los Angeles Angels on Tuesday.
