Astros activate RHP Gregerson, promote OF Hernandez (Yahoo Sports)

TORONTO (AP) -- The Houston Astros have activated right-hander Luke Gregerson off the disabled list and selected outfielder Teoscar Hernandez from Triple-A Fresno.
