Blue Jays select INF Andy Burns, option RHP Tepera (Yahoo Sports)

TORONTO (AP) -- The Blue Jays have selected infielder Andy Burns from Triple-A Buffalo and optioned right-hander Ryan Tepera to the Bisons.
