Jets sign former Texans CB Darryl Morris to 1-year deal (Yahoo Sports)

The New York Jets have signed cornerback Darryl Morris to a one-year contract, adding depth to their secondary and special teams. Morris spent the last two seasons with Houston but wasn't tendered a contract offer as a restricted free agent. Morris has 39 tackles on defense and 13 on special teams, with one career interception in 36 games.
