Cleveland Indians starting right fielder Lonnie Chisenhall will begin the season on the 15-day disabled list with an injured left wrist. Chisenhall, who made a successful conversion from third base to right last season, was nursing a tight right forearm and was cleared to play Sunday. ''We are going to see a lot of left-handers early,'' manager Terry Francona said.
