Daniel Descalso agrees to $1.5M deal with Diamondbacks (Yahoo Sports)

Versatile infielder Daniel Descalso has agreed to a $1.5 million, one-year contract with the Arizona Diamondbacks. Arizona has a $2 million option for 2018 with a $150,000 buyout. The 30-year-old, who bats left-handed, hit .264 with 12 doubles and 38 RBIs in 99 games with Colorado last season.
