Dolphins' Jones suspended for violating substance policy (Yahoo Sports)

Miami Dolphins defensive end Jason Jones has been suspended without pay for two games for violating the NFL substance abuse policy. A person familiar with the situation said the suspension stemmed from Jones' arrest last offseason for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. In a statement issued through the team, Jones apologized to his teammates, his coaches and the organization.
