Tennessee Titans left tackle Taylor Lewan practiced fully on Friday and will start against the Chicago Bears on Sunday despite having a sprained left knee. Lewan hurt his knee on the Titans' final offensive series of a loss to the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday. Lewan crumpled to the turf Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium after hearing a loud pop in his knee.
