Slugger Jose Bautista returns to Blue Jays lineup (Yahoo Sports)

Blue Jays outfielder Jose Bautista has been activated off the 15-day disabled list and will lead off against San Diego on Monday night. Catcher Russell Martin, who missed the past three games with a sore left knee, is also back in the lineup as the Blue Jays welcome the Padres to Toronto for the first time. Outfielder Junior Lake was designated for assignment to make room for Bautista, who's been out since June 16 with a sore left big toe.
