Right-handed starter Jon Moscot had surgery Tuesday to repair a torn ligament in his right elbow, the second Cincinnati Reds player to have major surgery in two days. Catcher Devin Mesoraco had surgery Monday on the right side of his hip, his third major surgery in a year.
