PITTSBURGH (AP) -- Philadelphia Phillies catcher Cameron Rupp left the game in the third inning Saturday after being struck on the left ear flap of his batting helmet by a pitch from Pittsburgh Pirates rookie right-hander Tyler Glasnow.
