The San Diego Padres hit back-to-back homers off Shawn Kelley in the eighth inning and scored four runs off Jonathan Papelbon in the ninth to beat the Washington Nationals 10-6 on Sunday. San Diego won two of three against Washington to earn its first series victory over the Nationals since May 2011. Ryan Buchter (2-0) pitched a scoreless eighth to earn the victory.
