Orioles put Kim on DL, Borbon up; Davis, Wieters out (Yahoo Sports)

Outfielder Hyun Soo Kim has been put on the 15-day disabled list by the Orioles because of a strained right hamstring, and Baltimore selected the contract of outfielder Julio Borbon from Double-A Bowie. The 30-year-old Borbon batted .289 with five homers and 20 RBIs for the Baysox. To open a spot on the 40-man roster, the Orioles designated outfielder Henry Urrutia for assignment.
