Nationals reinstate Strasburg from DL (Yahoo Sports)

WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Washington Nationals reinstated right-hander Stephen Strasburg from the 15-day disabled list Sunday and moved starter Joe Ross to the DL with right shoulder inflammation.
