Cardinals put Moss on DL with sprained ankle, recall Grichuk (Yahoo Sports)

The St. Louis Cardinals have placed slugger Brandon Moss on the 15-day disabled list with a sprained left ankle. Outfielder Randal Grichuk was recalled from Triple-A Memphis but was not in the lineup against the Pittsburgh Pirates on Tuesday night. Moss leads the Cardinals with 17 homers and has 40 RBIs in 75 games with starts at first base and in the outfield.
