The attorney for former San Francisco 49er Dana Stubblefield says his client had consensual sex with the woman who accused him of rape. Winuk says Stubblefield provided prosecutors with lie-detector results and with evidence that shows the sexual encounter last year was consensual. The Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office announced it charged the 45-year-old Stubblefield on Monday with sexually assaulting the woman last year at his Morgan Hill home.
