Slumping first baseman Mark Teixeira is out of the New York Yankees' lineup against Toronto because his neck is bothering him again. Dustin Ackley is set to start at first in Teixeira's place Wednesday night as the Yankees try to extend their winning streak to seven games. New York manager Joe Girardi says he's concerned about the 36-year-old, who missed two games May 10-11 because of a neck issue.
