The Tampa Bay Buccaneers continued to seek defensive help with the selection of North Carolina Central cornerback Ryan Smith in the fourth round of the NFL draft. Smith is third defensive player picked by the Bucs over the past three days, joining first-round cornerback Vernon Hargreaves III and second-round pass rusher Noah Spence. This year's draft is all about assembling pieces necessary to give young quarterback Jameis Winston the best chance of being successful.
