Manager Walt Weiss told rookie Trevor Story when he reported to spring training that he had a chance to win the starting shortstop job for the Colorado Rockies with veteran Jose Reyes on paid leave while facing legal issues. Sometimes it's too much for them at an early age,'' Weiss said.
