Trevor Story tied a rookie record with his 10th homer of April, a two-run shot, and the Colorado Rockies hit four home runs in a 9-0 victory over the Arizona Diamondbacks on Friday night. Story, the Rockies' shortstop, tied Jose Abreu of the White Sox, who hit 10 in April 2014. Story and teammate Nolan Arenado, who also homered, are tied for the major league lead in home runs.
