South Korean OF Kim plays in first major league game (Yahoo Sports)

South Korean outfielder Hyun Soo Kim ended a difficult week by getting his first start in the major leagues. Kim played left field and batted ninth for the Orioles on Sunday against the Tampa Bay Rays. Kim was a star in the Korean Baseball Organization before signing a two-year, $7 million contract with the Orioles during the offseason.
