Orioles beat Twins 3-2 in opener marred by 2 rain delays (Yahoo Sports)

Matt Wieters singled home the winning run with two outs in the ninth inning, and the Baltimore Orioles withstood two long rain delays Monday in a season-opening 3-2 victory over the Minnesota Twins. With the score tied at 2, Chris Davis drew a two-out walk from Kevin Jepsen (0-1). After newcomer Mark Trumbo followed with his fourth single, Wieters lined a single up the middle.
