Francisco Lindor got three hits and the Cleveland Indians overcame an early injury to starting pitcher Carlos Carrasco to beat the Detroit Tigers 6-3 Sunday, finishing off a three-game sweep. Tigers manager Brad Ausmus juggled his lineup, leaving slumping Miguel Cabrera and Justin Upton on the bench. A day after Ausmus kept the clubhouse closed for a half-hour after a loss, Detroit dropped its fourth in a row and fell for the seventh time in nine games.
