Anibal Sanchez pitched four no-hit innings in his spring debut for the Detroit Tigers in Monday's 4-3 exhibition loss to the Philadelphia Phillies. Sanchez, who had been sidelined by triceps inflammation, gave up a leadoff walk to David Lough and then got 12 straight outs, including a double play and three strikeouts. Miguel Cabrera's two-out single in the third drove in the only run off Phillies starter Aaron Nola, who pitched six innings and gave up two hits and two walks.
