Delino DeShields tripled, singled and drove in two runs as the Texas Rangers beat the Oakland Athletics 10-3 Tuesday. Elvis Andrus and Michael McKenry added two hits each for Texas. Rangers starter Derek Holland allowed two unearned runs and three hits in three innings.
