A person familiar with the negotiations says the Jacksonville Jaguars have agreed to terms with Denver Broncos defensive end Malik Jackson. Signing Jackson is the first step - a huge one - to rebuilding Jacksonville's defense. The Jaguars finished near the bottom of the league in just about every defensive category, and a lack of consistent pass rush was considered the main reason for the team's struggles.
