AP source: Bills receiver Hogan signs Patriots' offer sheet (Yahoo Sports)

A person with direct knowledge of the decision has told The Associated Press that Buffalo Bills receiver Chris Hogan has signed a three-year, $12 million contract offer extended to him by the New England Patriots. Hogan is a restricted free agent whose rights were retained by Buffalo on Monday. Hogan completed his third season in Buffalo and finished fourth on the team with 36 catches for 450 yards and two touchdowns.
