Padres put Cahill on disabled list, recall Lee from Triple-A (Yahoo Sports)

SAN DIEGO (AP) -- The Padres have placed right-hander Trevor Cahill on the 10-day disabled list with a lower back strain, a move retroactive to Thursday.
