Trout says he's fine after car accident (Yahoo Sports)

Mike Trout is hitting in his usual No. 3 spot for the Los Angeles Angels on Friday night, two days after he was involved in a multi-vehicle accident. Trout, who said he was fine hours before the game with the Seattle Mariners, reportedly crashed his Mercedes into the back of a stationary car on a Los Angeles freeway which had traffic come to a stop due to a backup from another accident. Trout's car was left disabled and occupants of other vehicles involved had to be taken to the hospital.
