Titans add Riley to active roster, place Warmack on IR (Yahoo Sports)

The Tennessee Titans have added defensive back Curtis Riley to their active roster and have officially placed guard Chance Warmack on injured reserve. Titans coach Mike Mularkey said Wednesday that Warmack would undergo surgery to repair a torn tendon on his right hand and would be placed on injured reserve. The Titans also announced Thursday they had signed guard Karim Barton to their practice squad.
