Rays fire hitting coach Derek Shelton (Yahoo Sports)
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) -- Tampa Bay has fired hitting coach Derek Shelton and replaced him with Chad Mottola, the organization's minor league hitting coordinator.
