EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) -- Eli Manning hit Victor Cruz on a third-down 34-yard pass to set up Josh Brown's winning 23-yard field goal as time expired and the New York Giants got off to their first 2-0 start since 2009 with a 16-13 win over New Orleans Saints on Sunday.
