Phillies place Bailey on DL, promote Ramos (Yahoo Sports)

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) -- The Philadelphia Phillies have placed right-hander Andrew Bailey on the 15-day disabled list with a left hamstring strain and promoted Edubray Ramos from Triple-A Lehigh Valley.
