Lindor, Uribe homer to lift Indians over Rays (Yahoo Sports)

Francisco Lindor and Juan Uribe homered in the eighth inning and the Cleveland Indians beat the Tampa Bay Rays 7-4 on Monday night. Lindor hit the first pitch from Erasmo Ramirez (7-5) into the lower deck in right field for his eighth homer of the season, breaking a 4-all tie. Uribe homered in his third straight game, a two-run shot off Ramirez.
