Dodgers call up RHP Tepesch to start against Pittsburgh (Yahoo Sports)

PITTSBURGH (AP) -- Right-hander Nick Tepesch had his contract selected from Triple-A Oklahoma City by the Los Angeles Dodgers and will start Friday night against the Pittsburgh Pirates.
